At ATX Pet Portraits, we take pride in creating custom products tailored to you and your pet. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if you are not satisfied with your final product, please contact us as customer satisfaction is a top priority for us. We will do our best to make sure you are happy with the result.
In the case of receiving the wrong product, incorrect size or print, or if your product is damaged during transit, we will replace it without hesitation. Kindly inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order for this to be addressed.
If you require minimal revisions to your artwork, we offer these at no extra cost. However, if you need a new photo or a change in colors, an additional fee will be charged. Substantial changes such as new photos or major color alterations will also incur additional fees.
If you have recently placed an order and wish to cancel, you may do so within 24 hours. If more than 24 hours have passed, cancellation will be at our discretion. Please note that once the artwork has been created, we will retain the design fee, but any printing fees will be refunded as long as the printing process has not yet begun.
Please make sure to follow our Photo Guide when submitting a photo for your artwork. We cannot guarantee high-quality results for low-quality photos. We do accept special requests, but please note that we cannot guarantee that all requests will be fulfilled. All examples on our site were created from high-quality, high-resolution photos, and low-quality photos may result in a lower-quality finish. If you have any notes or requests, feel free to include them with your order.
